Braves Set School Record in 800M Sprint Medley Relay!

Sixth Best Time in California this season

The team of (L-R) Frank Islas, Randolph White, Dwayne Giles and Steven Caudillo made the most of their last minute addition in the 4x200 and 800 meter sprint medley relays. The group set a seasonal best of 1:33.37 in the 4x200 and set a new school record in the 800 meter sprint medley as they took third overall in the invitational division to finish with a time of 1:36.07.

Bonilla Continues Assault on All Time 3200 Meter List

Junior Victor Bonilla lead the majority of the race during the day time heat of the 3200 meters, only to be caught in the final lap by a "sit and kick" type of runner. Victor ran to a second place time of 9:33.66 and gained valuable experience on how to do all the work and hang on when no one else has the guts to - PRE would be proud.

Earlier in the day the team of Frank Islas, Dwayne Giles, Steven Caudillo and Randolph white ran to a solid time and placing in the 4x100 meter relay. Their bid for a Serra league title and a CIF-Southern Section finals berth remains strong.
