1) Practice: PRACTICE IS MANDATORY!
Each athlete is expected to attend all practices.
Practice takes place daily (including Saturdays).
There will be practice during Easter break (April 13th – April 23rd). There will be a practice schedule handed out later.
In the case of rain, we will practice. If you have a valid reason for missing practice, you must notify Coach McIntosh prior to the start of practice.
If you are in football then you must do your weight lifting in the morning, you must be at Track practice after school no exceptions.
Practice starts at 2:50, you should be on time, and if you are repeatedly late it will be treated like a missed practice.
THOSE WHO FAIL TO FOLLOW THESE RULES COULD BE HELD OUT OF A TRACK MEET!

IF YOU MISS 7 PRACTICES EITHER EXCUSED OR UNEXCUSED YOU MAY BE DISMISSED FROM THE TEAM.

2) Uniforms: Team uniforms & sweats are to be worn at all competitions. If you want to wear bike tights under your shorts they must be navy blue
